Best bet is to park at the Northshore Little League complex, right across the river from Redhook, although there will be some parking at Redhook.
The Bike Route:
Left out of Redhook and east to the Slough, south on the Sammamish River Trail to the Puget Power Line Trail, up across Woodinville-Redmond Road & over the hill, across Avondale, through Farrell McWhirter Park, left on 196th NE, right on NE 116th, left on 204th NE, left at our sign and follow markings through the trails surrounding "Tuscany" neighborhood, coming out and turning left on 198th Dr. NE, quick left on NE 133rd, right on Bear Creek Road, go a mile or so, veer right on Mink Road, quick turn onto NE 148th and wrap around the Little Bit Riding Center onto the Tolt Pipeline trail, onward west over Hollywood Hill on the Tolt Pipeline Trail down the big steep hill, over Woodinville-Redmond road, turning left onto the Sammamish Trail and you're back to Redhook/Parking!
We'll have plenty of signs / markings at the tough spots, a couple leaders, a few others familiar with the course in the middle, and some "sweepers" so we don't lose anyone! Plus, for 2010, we'll add one more card "station" on the route - in that big stretch between the Sammamish Trail and Little Bit. First card comes from the guys at PEMCO there at Redhook (with a plastic holder on a lanyard to keep 'em dry if you need it), then the other 4 on the route.
